My top travel beauty essentials!

I love travelling – and I make sure I do it as much as I can (#yolo). So much so that I worked out I’ve been on 32 flights already this year! Ridiculous, I know, but it means that I have my travel beauty bag totally figured out – and I’m going to share my top products with you! Here goes:

  1. Sure Compressed Bright Bouquet anti-perspirant

First up, you need a good anti-perspirant. Both for travelling, and for your holiday – especially if it’s long haul and you’re heading somewhere hot. My new deodorant of choice is the Sure Compressed Bright Bouquet – its compact size means you can take it on the plane and it fits easily into a travel bag. I also love its gorgeous fruity fragrance – it’s bright and fresh and instantly perks me up. It also has some cool technology behind it – it contains Motionsense, which is motion-activated and releases bursts of freshness so the more you move, the more it protects. You can purchase it here.

  1. Elemis Gentle Foaming Cleanser

If you’re anything like me, you’re piling tons of SPF onto your face on holiday. So it’s important to give your face a good cleanse at the end of the day. This Elemis product gets rid of any debris on the skin without comprising its natural oils.

  1. Elizabeth Arden 8-Hour Cream

We’re all aware of the benefits of this skincare miracle product, and I take it absolutely everywhere. I mainly use it for the lips, but it also helps heal any cuts and grazes and you can also add it to the cheekbones for an instant glow.

  1. YSL Vernis a Levres liquid lipstick

I love the long-lasting properties of a liquid lipstick, and this new YSL offering is my current fave – it has amazing shine without any of the traditional stickiness or oiliness, and the pigment is incredible.

  1. Kiehl’s Creme de Corps

You always need a great body lotion when you’re heading to sunnier climes, and I love the iconic Kiehl’s Creme de Corps version – it’s rich and hydrating without being greasy.

  1. Batiste Dry Shampoo

Do I even need to justify this one?! Washing your hair every day on holiday is time-consuming – I much prefer to spray in a bit of dry shampoo and Batiste is my ultimate favourite.

  1. MAC Cosmetics Lustre Drops

You don’t need to go overboard with your make-up when you’re on holiday, but a gorgeous glow is essential. I use the MAC Lustre Drops for this – it accents cheeks with a beautiful radiance.

  1. L’Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara

I loved this mascara so much I did a whole blog post on it! It has been compared to Too Faced’s Better Than Sex and honestly, it really is worth the hype. I’ve loved using it on holiday as you only really need one coat for lash drama.

  1. Rodial Bronzing Powder

You always need a sweep of bronzer to warm up your complexion, and Rodial’s Bronzing Powder is my current top pick – it contains a really subtle shimmer for a golden glow.

  1. Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow Instant Soft-Focus Beauty Flash Primer

Instead of foundation or tinted moisturiser, you can use this wonder product from Charlotte Tilbury as a light base. It blurs imperfections and gives skin luminosity.

  1. Tom Ford Face Protect SPF50

We all know the importance of SPF, and I rarely go out with wearing any in England, so you can imagine how rigorous I am with my application in the sun! This is my favourite SPF to use as you don’t end up with a white, chalky finish.

  1. Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

If you want to glam up your make-up at any point, all you need is a quick sweep of colour from this gorgeous rich, warm-toned palette. It immediately adds drama to your look.

I worked with Sure on this post, a brand I love and hope you will too!
